We are going to Disney World Sept. 12- Sept. 19 . Is this A good time to visit. How Are the crowds.

    Cindy,

I love to visit Walt Disney World in September and October. September is the tail end of the rainy season, but I really enjoy that it is still kind of summer weather, but not so hot that you think you are going to melt just walking from one attraction to another.

Crowds in September used to be very light. Disney has been for a few years now offering a Free Dining Plan package for reservations in their resorts, which has caused September crowds to rise noticeably. But I think you will still find that crowds are of a manageable level. The one area you want to make special planning for is dining. Because so many of the guests have free dining, there are more people than usual making reservations for table service meals. As such, many of the more popular restaurants will be totally booked up during this time. So figure out what meals you really want to enjoy, and make your Advanced Dining Reservations as early as possible!

Please feel free to send me any follow-up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
