Does Disney World still provide the after 4pm tickets?

Oh boy, Cindy! Mickey and I see you have a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth coming up. Well, you've come to the right place!

Although I pride myself on being a veteran rope dropper, my teenage kiddos like to throw a wrench in my plans. These days, they are harder to wake up than Sleepy dwarf! Last yEAR, Walt Disney World introduced a "Mid-Day Magic" ticket for Guests who wanted to enter the parks after 12:00 PM, which was perfect for my droopy-eyed boys; unfortunately, this ticket offer expired in 2019. You might also be thinking about the Epcot After 4 Annual Pass, which is exclusively for Florida Residents (currently the sale of all brand new Walt Disney World Annual Passes have been temporarily paused). For your upcoming stay, the only ticket option is the Standard Theme Park Ticket that allows you to visit one park per day, from open to close.

The start of fall signals shorter days and something else to note is that the theme parks will have new operating hours that will go into effect after Labor Day weekend. I recommend checking the Park Hours Calendar on the Walt Disney World website to plan your days accordingly. Have you ever heard the early bird catches the...train? You won't want to miss Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, and getting to the parks 20-30 minutes before opening will ensure you get to experience this zany cartoon adventure!

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit us here at planDisney, Cindy! We hope to see ya' real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania! I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique. It's incredible how many people you can find who love talking about "The Most Magical Place On Earth!" I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at my monthly Bunco club for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
