We are going to Disney World in October. We are spending the first night at Art of Animation Resort then transfering to Wilderness Lodge. What would be the best way to get from Art of Animation Resort to Wilderness Lodge with our luggage?

Hi Craig! When my family arrives at Walt Disney World late in the day, we often stay at a value resort the first night and then switch to a deluxe resort the next morning when we have more time to fully enjoy the resort's amenities. Disney makes transferring between resorts easy. When you check out of Art of Animation, you can turn your luggage over to Bell Services to transfer over to the Wilderness Lodge. The process takes several hours, but if you're planning to enjoy the parks that day, just hand your bags over in the morning and they should be at the Wilderness Lodge when you check in later that afternoon.  The other option is to take a taxi with your luggage from the Art of Animation to the Wilderness Lodge. If your room isn't ready, Bell Services there can store them for you until it is.

Wishing you a magical October vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're always happy to help!
