We are going to Disney World October 11-16. I can only find some park hours up to October 9. How soon do they post the hours? Also, can you still make dinner reservations 180 days in advance if you stay at a Disney resort?

I wish I could tell you the exact time that the full calendar for October will be posted; however, I can tell you that the August and September hours both did not fully post until several days into the month. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the July 4th holiday doesn't cause any additional delays with the October posting.

At the beginning of the year, the reservation window was changed from 180 days to 90 days for all dining, tours, and recreation. Guests staying at the WDW resort hotels do have a bit of an advantage booking their dining over guests staying offsite because of the "90 + 10" rule. You can read more about this HERE.
