We are going to Disney World November 25-Dec 1st. We are looking to stay at a value resort for a few days, and switch to a deluxe hotel. How would we book that?

Hey, Natasha! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for bringing this question to us. Switching resorts mid-stay is something I have actually done a few times, so I have the how-to for you, as well as a quick tip.

You can either book your stay online or by calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line. Since you are wanting to experience two different resorts, you will need to make two separate reservations. If you decide to book it online, simply configure your first stay at your choice of Value Resort (I love Disney's Pop Century Resort and the newly updated rooms are fab!) and complete it by paying the required deposit. Then, do the same for the next part of your stay at your choice of Deluxe Resort (there are so many great choices, but Disney's Beach Club Resort will always be our home away from home). Note that you will need to pay a deposit for this part of your stay as well. You will be able to link both resort reservations to your My Disney Experience account.

Natasha, no worries when it comes time to change between your two resort reservations, as it can be accomplished quite easily. When you are packed and ready to depart your first resort, just head to Bell Services and let them know where you would like your luggage transferred. They will be happy to send your luggage on over to your new resort while you embark on an adventure in the theme parks. When you arrive at your new resort, give Bell Services a call and they will bring up your luggage when it is available.

I hope you have a wonderful stay at two fantastic resorts! Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan this magical vacation.
