I am sorry you had some issues saving your room requests online in My Disney Experience. Try once more and see if those requests appear when you hit the Edit button within that section. When I have put in a room request recently, it did not readily show in the overview. However, it did pop up once I expanded the section. One thing to note is that any requests you make over the phone will not automagically appear in your
Online Check-In within My Disney Experience. The only ones that do store online are the ones within the pull-down menus. No worries though, as the ones you made over the phone will get transmitted to the Cast Members making the room assignments.
Jody, please understand that your room requests are essentially just that - a request that you make for your stay and cannot be guaranteed. They do make every effort to accommodate requests, but sometimes not everyone can be fulfilled.
I have stayed in just about every resort at Walt Disney World Resort multiple times and have yet to have an unmagical stay. Sometimes, my room requests were not fulfilled and were actually quite the opposite of what I had wanted. But you know, I have found out that there is something magical in just about every nook and cranny of The Most Magical Place on Earth!
