    We were in Disney World about a month ago and ate at CRT. Unfortunately, my daughter's wand has had a mishap and is now broken. Her heart is broken since that was the highlight of her trip. Is there any way of getting replacement? Thanks for any help!

    Hi, Diana!  Walt Disney World can sometimes even work its Magic after you return home.  Any merchandise that can be purchased in the theme parks can also be purchased through Disney's Mail Order Merchandise department. Just send them an email at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com or call them at (407) 363-6200.  Let them know what you'd like to purchase, and they will make every effort to find it and send it to your home. The only issue with your daughter's wand is that it was part of the Cinderella's Royal Table dining experience and not for general sale.  I'm not sure how they will handle this, but it is worth giving it a shot.  They may even be able to tell you how to go about getting one if they can't help you.  When they do have an item for Guests, it costs the same as you would find it in the parks plus shipping.  Again, I'm not sure how they will figure the cost of the wand, but I would call and try to find out.  Good luck!
