We are going to Disney World May 31- June 5. We have reservations for "Caring for Giants" in AK. Can I link the reservations to "My Disney Experience"? If so, how? (Our 7yr old son is so excited to do this!)

Hi, Sylvia! I am so glad you stopped by with this very big question because I have a humongous tip to share with you! A few years ago, I kept misplacing the long confirmation number for my daughter's Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation. To say I was exasperated at not being able to have a place to formally keep it is not a massive exaggeration! A Cast Member I was speaking with one day told me a colossal tip - the Notes section is the best place to store reservations that do not normally show up in My Disney Experience. What a huge relief! I no longer had the enormous responsibility of keeping track of the number weighing down on me.

To complete this not-so-mammoth task, you will need to hop on your laptop and pull up the full version of the Walt Disney World Resort website. For now, a Note cannot be added when on the mobile app version of My Disney Experience. However, it will show up on the mobile app after it is added.

When you go into the My Itinerary section of My Disney Experience, first change the date at the top to show the date of your Caring for Giants tour. Then, click on Add Plans at the top left, and choose the option to Add a Note. This will open a note that towers over the screen. You can label this enormous note as Caring for Giants and include any special information, such as your confirmation number, to an optional Details box. When you complete this, your Note will show up in your day’s vast itinerary. Now, give a gigantic shout of "hurray!"

I hope this helps you plan a visit full of pixie dust of gargantuan proportions, Sylvia! Thanks for stopping by with your question and please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your great big magical vacation.
