Aloha, Chad! Disney Tsum Tsum toys are super cute and have quite a fan base- in fact, there is a certain Moms Panelist who loves to collect them! They got their name from the Japanese verb tsumu meaning "to stack," because the toys are meant to be stacked on top of one another, to form a pyramid.
These toys were released in the United States in 2014, and just with many collectible items, Disney will retire certain ones from time to time. I just did a quick search in the
Shop Disney Parks App from my phone, and I was not able to find a Hulk Tsum Tsum, which leads me to believe that this one is retired (I know for certain it was available several yEARS ago). You might have better luck on a site like Amazon, but the prices on the resale market can be steep. Try downloading the app, and perhaps your son could find another that he likes (currently, Mickey's 90th Birthday Tsum Tsum is the best seller, but the characters from Wreck it Ralph are also really fun), or he might find other Hulk merchandise, such as a hat or pin. The app will tell you all the merchandise locations on property where you can find a particular item, which will come in handy when you visit in March.
Chad, speaking of March, springtime brings the
2019 Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival to Walt Disney World. I think it would be
incredible if the Disney horticulturists would create a giant green Hulk topiary for the festival!
