    I am going to Disney world in June, I wanted to upgrade to an annual pass with my park hopper, how do they determine the amount difference? Do they take the total of the park hopper pass I have now and deduct that from the annual pass? confused need help.

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited for you since your trip is just around the river bend and very quickly approaching!

    I'm glad to let you know that you can certainly upgrade your ticket to an Annual Pass. Upgrades must be done within 14 days of a theme park tickets first use and there must be remaining admission days left on the ticket. An upgrade can be done at any theme park ticket window, Guest Relations location or Lobby Concierge at any Walt Disney World Resort hotel. 

    You will pay the difference between the value of your ticket and the Annual Pass you are upgrading to. For example, if you have a 7 Day Park Hopper ticket this is currently priced at $485 and would like to upgrade to a Disney Platinum Pass which is currently $779 for Guests aged 10 or older, then you would pay the difference of $294 plus tax to upgrade. These prices are always subject to change.
