    I am going to Disney World in January for the marathon and I was wondering about pre-ordering the photo pass. Is it worth ordering before we go? How soon should I order it? is it worth orderiing early if I am upgrading to the PLUS option?

    Hi Stacy! (Great name by the way!)

    Congrats on your upcoming trip and WDW Marathon! Disney's PhotoPass is an awesome service because you can ensure that to have quality photographs of all of your favorite moments throughout your WDW vacation!

    If you go with the regular PhotoPass, it is definitely worth it to pre-order because you can save money on the Photo CD.

    If you pre-order your PhotoPass, you can always upgrade to PhotoPass Plus when you arrive at the parks. This makes a lot of sense because you may decide when you arrive that you want to make sure that all of your character dining and attraction pictures are on your PhotoPass CD. For example, if you ride Splash Mountain and love the look of fear mixed with joy on your child's face as they enjoy the attraction for the first time, then you may decide you want to have all of those moments captured forever also. All you need to do is upgrade to PhotoPass Plus at the park.
