I am going to Disney world Jan.6-14th with three generations of my family and I am trying to schedule our days based on parades and fireworks at the various parks. When will the parade schedule be out, we are only just over 3 weeks away and excited to plan

    Hi Joanne!

Thanks for bringing this question to planDisney! And WOW! What an awesome trip you have coming up!

I’ve noticed that the parade schedule has been shared quite a bit later than the fireworks and nighttime show times lately. I’d keep checking regularly, as I’m sure they will be released very soon.

While the times are subject to change, just to give you some guidance, Magic Kingdom’s new Starlight nighttime parade has recently been shown two times per night: once about an hour before Happily Ever After fireworks and once about 1.5 hours after the fireworks. The daytime parade, Festival of Fantasy, has been shown once per day in the early afternoon.

Fireworks and nighttime show times can already be found on the Hours & Events Calendar for your trip dates. But with that being said, I always double-check the showtimes and park hours about a week before my trip to make sure no changes have been made.

I’ve found that if show times and park hours do change, though, they don’t change by much. So I’d start getting an idea of what you want your itinerary to look like, then adjust accordingly once the times are confirmed.

I know I couldn’t give you an exact answer, but hopefully that gives you an idea of what to expect! If you have any other questions, let us know. We’re always happy to help!

I hope you and your family have the most magical trip. We’ll see you real soon!
