    We are going to Disney World for the first time in late January. I am just wondering if the water parks are open and is the weather appropriate to be enjoying them? Just trying to figure out what type of tickets to purchase.

    Hi Stephanie!

    The temperatures in late January are around the low 70's during the day and drop down to the low 50's in the evening. 

    Begining on January 16th and running through to the end of January Disney's Blizzard Beach will be closed for refurbishment.  This means that the only water park you will be able to visit is Typhoon Lagoon.
