Hello Shannon
Congratulations on planning your very first trip to Walt Disney World! I hope there are many more trips in your future!
The photo booths are so much fun and make great, inexpensive souvenirs. There are two different types of photo booths at Walt Disney World right now. There are a few that work like a traditional photo booth, where you can pay for four photos and a printed photo strip, and also give you the option to link your photos to your
Disney PhotoPass account so you have the digital photos after you get home. Cool, right? There are currently three of these
Disney PhotoPass photo booths:
- Magic Kingdom: In the arcade area of Tomorrowland Light & Power Co., which is the gift shop at the exit of Space Mountain
- Epcot: In ImageWorks in Future World, which is near Journey Into Imagination With Figment
- Disney's BoardWalk: Outside on the boardwalk itself, near the ESPN Club
You can also still find the traditional photo books (not linked to
Disney PhotoPass) around property. They are in some of the Disney Resort hotel arcades, and I recall seeing them in the past at Pizza Planet at Disney's Hollywood Studios and in the Fossil Fun Games area of DinoLand, U.S.A. and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
I hope that helps with your planning, Shannon, and wishing you a picture-perfect vacation! Please visit us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel again if we can answer any other questions.
