We will be at Disney World over Easter this spring. It looks like in the past, there has been a Catholic mass on the property on Easter Sunday. Will there be one this year?

Magical Greetings, Nicole! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for your question!

After "digging a little deeper" about the return of Easter Sunday services, at this time, no announcements have been made. Once the Easter season gets closer, check the Walt Disney World website and the Disney Parks Blog for the latest announcements.

I visited Walt Disney World last year during Easter Week. Even though we couldn't attend Mass at Disney's Contemporary Resort, we did have a wonderful day at Disney Springs. I suggest making an Advanced Dining Reservation at a restaurant for Easter brunch (Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' is a favorite!), and don't forget to add a slice of Hummingbird Cake to your order! Once brunch is over, have a fun time visiting all the shops and stores throughout Disney Springs. If you are a Christmas fan, check out Disney's Days of Christmas shop and pick up a merry ornament to add to your Christmas tree. Check out the latest movies at the AMC Movies at Disney Springs 24, and if you want a memorable event to remember, check out Drawn to Life Presented by Cirque du Soleil & Disney. It is a family-friendly show that has a beautiful storyline, amazing acrobatics, and magical Disney elements that are fun to point out during the show.

Nicole, thanks for stopping by planDisney today! Send us other questions at any time before your visit. I am always happy to help!
