    we are going to Disney World over Easter 2008. We were offered reservations at the Diamond Horseshoe Restaurant in MK. Can you tell me a little about it since it isn't listed on the website? What is their menu?

    The Diamond Horseshoe Saloon was for many years a live entertainment venue in Frontierland at the Magic Kingdom. Since 2005 it has been primarily used for private parties and special events. It is not a regular dining establishment. My guess is that they're staging a few guest dining experiences here during the Easter holiday to help with crowding issues at the other restaurants. Since this is not really a restaurant and I have never dined here, I can't really give you much advice other than to tell you to call Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE and ask them to tell you about the menu.
