    We are going to Disney World in December, I am trying to book The Festival of the Lion King Tier 1. When will this option be available. As far as I can see, it can only be book through September 28, 2019.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to hEAR you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort in December! I love to visit during the holidays when the parks and resorts are beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. It's just so magical and merry!

    Festival of the Lion King is my favorite show on property and a "must do" for my family when visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. The Festival of the Lion King Signature Dining Package – Tier I is a great way to experience the festive show with VIP seating, a 3-course meal at Tiffins Restaurant and an exclusive safari tour through the African outback. This package combines 3 experiences that I'm just "wild" about so I can certainly understand your concern. Although Guests can book dining reservations for most Table-Service restaurants 180 days in advance, special dining packages and dining events often release a little later due to the entertainment schedules. As you mentioned, online booking is only available through September 28th at this time. Unfortunatley, we do not currently know when additional dates for this specific dining package will be released. My recommendation is to periodically check the calendar to see if your specific dates of travel have been made available.
