Hi Leanne! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
My nieces are actually competing with their high school dance team TONIGHT at Walt Disney World Resort (Go Bengalettes!) so I took a peek at their meal vouchers to help answer your question.
There are two types of meal allowances that are often included with youth and sports programs at Walt Disney World Resort. The first is a Disney Dining Card, which works just like a gift card to purchase food at any dining location. The cost of the purchase is simply deducted from the balance on the card.
The second type is a paper meal voucher or certificate valid for lunch or dinner at many
Quick-Service locations throughout the Resort, including at least one location at all Resort Hotels, all four Theme Parks, Disney's Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon Water Parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and
Disney Springs. The voucher may be redeemed for 1 entree, 1 side dish, and 1 beverage or 1 combo meal (entree with side dish and beverage). Dining locations within the Theme Parks include:
Disney's Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree Barbecue, Harambe Market, Pizzafari, Restaurantosaurus, Satu'li Canteen
Disney's Hollywood Studios: Backlot Express, Catalina Eddie's, Fairfax Fare, Rosie's All-American Cafe
Epcot: Electric Umbrella Restaurant, Sunshine Seasons, as well as several locations throughout World Showcase
Magic Kingdom Park: Casey's Corner, Columbia Harbour House, Golden Oak Outpost, Pinocchio Village Haus (among others)
Leanne, I am unable to provide a complete list here. If there is a particular location you had in mind, feel free to write back. Please note dining locations are subject to change.
Good luck to your team!
Anne Marie
