Hey, Krista! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited for you to be heading back to Walt Disney World Resort soon.
Memory Maker is the perfect addition to your upcoming trip to help you remember all of the magical moments. You can definitely make use of this vacation enhancement as a guest staying off-site and will want to do so well before you begin that trip. If you purchase it at least three days in advance of the first Disney PhotoPass picture you take, then you can take advantage of a great advance purchase discount. If you do wait until less than three days before that first picture is taken, then you can still purchase it, but will have to pay full price if you would like to include all photos.
Linking your Disney PhotoPass photos to your account is super easy. The Disney's PhotoPass photographers can simply scan your Disney Theme Park Ticket after taking your pictures and, with a "bibbidi bobbidi boo," they automagically appear in your account! Just make sure your ticket is linked to the same My Disney Experience account that your Memory Maker is linked. If you prefer, the photographers can give you a
Disney PhotoPass card that they can scan and then you link it to your account.
Viewing your pictures is also super easy on the My Disney Experience mobile app. When you open the app, scroll down until you see the section for My Photos. To activate your Memory Maker entitlement, just open one of your favorite pictures and download it. It's that easy! Please note that each picture will expire 45 days after it is taken. Once you activate your Memory Maker, then it will remain active for 30 days.
Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
