Hiya, Ana! Thank you for bringing this great question to us at planDisney.
I'm so glad to hear that you were able to travel to
Walt Disney World Resort last June! I'm sure you made truly special memories that will last a lifetime. To me, looking through photos is one of my favorite ways to relive the magic once I return home, so I completely understand your desire to download your
Disney PhotoPass photos from your previous trip!
Like my pal Olaf, I'm sending you some warm hugs. Unfortunately, when looking at the Important Details under
Memory Maker, it states that all Disney PhotoPass photos expire after 45 days from the date they're taken. Since your photos were taken over a year ago, they won't be able to be retrieved at this time. I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, and I wish I was able to wave my wand and make them reappear for you! My best tip for future trips is to make sure that your Memory Maker is
linked to your
My Disney Experience account and that you download your photos as soon as you return from your vacation.
Ana, as you continue to dream and plan for future trips to The Most Magical Place on Earth, I'd recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. This is a great resource to stay up-to-date on all the exciting announcements and newest offerings. And be sure to tune into the
planDisney Podcast to hear the best tips and tricks from planDisney panelists, themselves!
Some people are worth melting for,
