    We are going to Disney World in April 2011. We have the dining plan, but the brochure for 2011 doesn't list any resturants at Coronado Springs. Are they still part of the plan. Thanks.

    Karen,

    This is a typical concern of visitors looking at the next year's Dining Plan at the end of the current year. You are almost certainly going to be OK, and here is why;

    When Disney is getting the Dining Plans ready for a new year (2011, in this case), they initially put pretty much all of the dining locations that they own and operate onto the plan right away. But there are a number of other venues that may be operated by other companies for them on some sort of contractual basis. Yak and Yeti at the Animal Kingdom park and many of the restaurants at Downtown Disney, as prime examples.

    For these restaurants, even though many have been on the plan for several years, they can't be listed until they have the contracts signed (or so we assume). So while it is very likely it will get done, well before you ever get here, they simply have to play it safe.

    What I suggest is you look at the previous year's plan. If they are on there, they stand a very good chance of being on the plan in the upcoming year too.

    I hope this helps?

    Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
