Boo to you, Joseph!
You are going to have a frightfully delightful visit to the 'World during the most spooktacular time of the yEAR! There are so many wicked things to experience at the Resort, and I'm delighted to help guide you down the haunted path!
My littles are young, so we haven't yet experienced
Villains After Hours or
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, and we still have
plenty of fun in the Fall! One of our favorite "free" things to do is
count the pumpkins at the Resort. Did you know that there are over 150 pumpkins in the decorations on Main Street, U.S.A. alone?? It's like our favorite corn maze, just with a bushel of gourds!
If you're a Guest of a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, there will be ghoulish activities scattered about your Resort. One of the best Resorts for
all things Halloween is
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort! There's usually awesome trick-or-treating, but my favorite place is at the
Campsites where there is a Halloween Golf Cart Parade, and the campsites compete to see who's decorations are the spookiest! Besides the abundant candy, make sure to try the
specialty treats that are exclusive to
the Fall.
Speaking of treats, our favorite Fall activity is
EPCOT's International Food & Wine Festival, which usually starts around Labor Day and runs until right before Thanksgiving. There are
Celebrity Chef appearances, super fun activities, and, most importantly, delicious food! Entrance to the festival is complimentary with a Park ticket, so make sure to take advantage!
I wish you a boo-tiful vacation!
