Hi I have a Disney World annual pass that I used at Hollywood Studios and I I left it at the store along with my Disney Rewards credit card. I am now home in New York and have made a request for the credit card to be replaced. How do I get AP replaced?

    Heigh-Ho Elizabeth,

Sometimes we are so distracted by the Disney Magic, we accidentally forget things along the way. In your case, your Disney Rewards card and Annual Pass, in my case my driver’s license and my daughter with her prescription glasses. If only we could wave a magic wand for them to appear immediately. But I have good news, both my daughter and I were reunited with our Lost Items.

Walt Disney World has a dedicated team of Lost and Found Cast Members. The process begins online with a form, detailing the location, day and item to better aid in the recovery.  You will receive an email with a confirmation number and phone number for further communication if needed. My driver’s license was discovered and mailed to me and my daughter’s glasses were found while we were still there and sent to our Walt Disney World Resort.

I know your Disney Rewards card has been replaced but I would continue with the online Lost and Found for your Annual Pass. You could, also, speak to a Cast Member for a replacement, at (407) 560-7277, or on your next trip visit a Guest Services counter.

I hope this has been helpful and I am sure, despite the inconvenience, you went home with many magical and memorable moments.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
