    I am going to Disney on 11/7-11/14 . I am wondering you feel about the Fantasmic Dinner package,I am hearing mixed reviews ,wait is to long from dinner to show,there is no preferred line for ticket holdres and that the seats are not great.

    Hi Lisa,

    What a great time to visit Disney World. The November crowds prior to Thanksgiving are typically quite small and often you can enjoy many of the holiday decorations.

    Fantasmic is my oldest son's favorite show at Disney and we never miss it. We are big fans of the Fantasmic dinner package and have used this option for years. The actual wait time from the dinner to the show will depend on how lucky you are with your dialing finger. The three restaraunts on the package, Mama Melrose, Hollywood and Vine and Brown Derby, have a set amount of tables available over a period of time and the reservations are first come. When making your dining reservation you will be able to select the dining time you would like as long as there are still tables available. Of course the seating can not be to late or you will not be able to make the show. 

    While guests on the Fantasmic package now enter the theater from the general line, once you have entered, there is still a separate section of reserved seats for those guests on the package. You will simply show the Cast Member at the entrance to the reserved section your package ticket and will be allowed into this area. We personally think the seats are great from this section. The reserved section is to the right of the stage and offers a fantastic view of the entire stage and show area. We sit here everytime and have never had a complaint about the view whether we were in the front row or the back row. I strongly recommend the package for not only a delicious meal (Mama Melrose is our pick)  but also a great location.
