is there more then 1 Disney wonder ship? I live in Texas and Disney wonder is suppose to leave Galveston but then I also noticed Disney wonder goes to Alaska and Hawaii so I was a bit confused by this

Welcome back, Sheri! Disney Cruise Line indeed has more than one ship, four in fact, however each has a different name. The pixie-dusted fleet of ships includes the Fantasy, Dream, Magic, and Wonder.

I understand how it can be confusing at first when you hear that the Wonder will be sailing from so many different ports. But, it is true! The Wonder is scheduled to wrap up its Alaskan sailings this summer, then heading down the California coast from Vancouver to San Diego. From San Diego, guests will get to experience the Panama Canal cruise which will bring the Disney Wonder from the  West Coast back to Florida. From Port Canaveral, the Wonder will set sail on a couple of Bahamian trips before making its home port in Miami in mid-October where it will sail Caribbean and Bahamian itineraries through May of 2015. In May, the Wonder will make its way back through the Panama Canal to the West Coast to begin another exciting summer of sailings in Alaska. It'll wrap up those sailings in the West by taking some lucky guests on two special Hawaiian itineraries in September of 2015 before taking the Panama Canal trip back East and settling in Galveston, Texas as its homeport for November and December of 2015. How long it will stay in Galveston is unknown just yet, as the 2016 itineraries have not been released.

Meanwhile, the Dream and Fantasy will be cruising out of Port Canaveral, and the Magic makes its way from Florida and Puerto Rico homeports, to a summer across the Atlantic with exciting European, Mediterranean and Northern European sailings! With Disney Cruise Line, you really can explore the world!

I hope that clarifies how it is that you can see the Wonder sailing out of so many different ports. Disney Cruise Line is always on the move, exploring new itineraries and ports so that guests can get the most magical and unique cruise experiences, Sheri. Have fun planning!
