Hello, We will be on the Disney Wonder sailing from San Diego to Vancouver (May 9-13, 2024). Will there be a pirate night? Will there be other events in the itinerary as well?

    Hi Eva,

Welcome aboard planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your swashbuckling question!

You will be happy to know that your cruise aboard the Disney Wonder is scheduled to encounter some scurvy pirates as they host Pirate Night on the third night (Saturday) of your cruise. There is also an optional dress-up night on night two (Friday). All other nights are cruise casual. Remember, schedules are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, but in my experience, the Crew does their best to make sure you have a wonderful cruise!

I love days at sea, and it looks like your itinerary includes two of them! On the Disney Wonder, I highly recommend stopping by the French Quarter Lounge for fun activities for the whole family in the daytime and in the evening, adults can enjoy live jazz-inspired performances. You may not be surprised to hear that my favorite Rotational Dining venue aboard any Disney cruise is Tiana's Place! I always recommend that you leave room for not one but three desserts! Seriously, you should try Tiana's Buttermilk Beignets, Mama Odie's Chocolate Bread Pudding and the amazing New Orleans Banana Foster Sundae.

Be sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, Eva, so that you can keep track of all the activities scheduled during your adventure at sea! Let us know if you have other questions, Eva; we are happy to help.

Wishing you many magical moments at sea,
    Shannon
