Going to Disney in 3 weeks. What is the best park for 10 year old girls? We plan on going to only 1 park. Also, the best places to eat that they would enjoy (inside and outside of the park).

    Hi Jennifer,

If you're only going to one park, I'd make it the Magic Kingdom. This is the classic Disney experience. I have three daughters tween and teen daughters. They love the Magic Kingdom thrills like Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain, as well as gentler fare like the Jungle Cruise, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Peter Pan's Flight, and It's a Small World. Additionally, there are countless parades, shows, character greetings and other activities. Your 10-year-old will find plenty to entertain her.

My favorite counter service restaurants in the MK are Casey's Corner for hot dogs, or the Columbia Harbor House for something a bit healthier. For table service in the MK, my girls like to dine with Pooh at the Crystal Palace. For something a bit fancier, you might want to treat yourselves to afternoon tea at the Garden View Room at the Grand Floridian.

I'm happy to provide more suggestions. Just let us know what we can do to help.
