We are going to Disney the week of Christmas and we are staying at the Pop Century. I wasn't sure if we all need our room keys to get on the bus?

No. Your Key to the World cards are convenient to carry with you in order to charge purchases back to your room account, however you will not need to show them in order to gain access to WDW transportation.

You'll also need at least one card in order to access your room when you return to your resort. If you plan on attending Extra Magic Hours, then be sure to carry a card for each member of your party.

WDW transportation is available to all guests visiting or staying at Walt Disney World.
