Hi Terry, and welcome to planDisney! And, of course, a big congratulations on your happily ever after. I’d be happy to help figure out where to park for your big day!
Officially,
standard self-parking at Disney resort hotels is complimentary for overnight guests and for day guests while they enjoy select dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreation experiences. I've found that, particularly for resort hotels close to a theme park, like
Beach Club Resort, you usually need to have a dining reservation to park if you’re not an overnight guest at that resort hotel (this applies even to guests staying at a different Disney resort hotel).
If your photoshoot is through the
Disney Fine Art Photography team, I’d recommend contacting them directly to confirm all the logistics for Sunday, including where to park. If you’re not able to keep your car at Beach Club Resort, I have a few suggestions to explore. First is to pay for
Self-Parking or Valet Parking at the
Dolphin Hotel, which is a short walk to the gazebo at Sea Breeze Point. The second is to use a ride share service, like
Minnie Van Service, to go between resort hotels. Arriving in a fun, polka dot vehicle sounds pretty magical! And finally, as a Disney resort hotel guest, you do get complimentary parking at Hollywood Studios, though it’s almost a one-mile walk to the gazebo from there. So that may not be ideal in your photoshoot outfits.
One last thing I wanted to mention before I go. Be sure to ask your resort hotel’s front desk for Happily Ever After buttons. It’s a fun and free way to share your joyful occasion!
I hope you have a magical celebration at Disney World this weekend! And if you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
