    This is our 5th Disney visit but 1st time on site. If I do online check-in prior to arrival do I still need to visit AoA front desk at arrival? If not, how will I receive my welcome packet, parking pass, and any other helpful info? What info do they give?

    Disney's Art of Animation Resort is designed with the heart of Disney in mind. Featuring the animation which started it all, the family suites are a way to have extra space at an affordable price and the food court, Landscape of Flavors, is delicious.

    Online check-in makes your time at the reception area minimal. Since they have all of your information, you simply are getting your room key, parking pass and activating your Disney Dining Plan if you have one. You will receive a welcome packet with information about the resort and the parks.
