How do I use my Disney Visa Reward Points to pay for things such as Character Breakfasts, Fantasmic Dinner Packages, and things I have made advanced reservations for?

Hi, Beverly! I have held a Disney Rewards Visa Card from Chase for years, as I love being able to use the Disney Dream Reward Dollars as a sort of savings account for our vacations. If my girls see something special at the parks that they simply must have, I know I have that little reward card stowed away for magical moments just like that.

The first thing you need to do is transfer your Disney Dream Reward Dollars to a Disney Rewards Redemption Card and order a redemption card to be mailed to you. You will need to have at least 20 Reward Dollars to do so. Simply give Chase a call or request one online. You can find the current phone number and website listed on the DisneyRewards.com website. Under the Rewards tab, just click on How To Redeem. If your trip is coming up with 2 weeks, you can choose to pick up a Disney Rewards Redemption Card at any Guest Relations window at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks or Downtown Disney. You will need to present your Disney Visa Card and a photo ID.

Once you have your Disney Rewards Redemption Card, you will be able to use it at most places on property that accept credit cards. This does include character meals, Fantasmic! Dining Package, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, shopping locations, or tours you may have reserved. There are oh so many places where you can use this magical card. You can take a look at some of the places that accept the Disney Rewards Redemption Card at disneyrewards.com/where-to-redeem .

I hope this explains the process a little better for you, Beverly. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
