    The Disney VIP Tours reservation phone line seems to constantly be full or over 1hr wait time - is there any other way to get in touch with a reservation representative?

    Welcome to planDisney we are a panel of Guests ready to assist our fellow Guests with their Disney planning questions. Currently, Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume and doing their best to assist each and every Guest. Guests wishing to reserve or receive more information about the Disney Private VIP Tours will call (407) 560-4033. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and I recommend calling at that time if you wish to have a shorter wait time.
