Hello Annyssa,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm so sorry to hear that someone from your travel party got sick during your magical vacation. It's never fun when that happens but I'm hoping she is already on the mend.
Tickets purchased as part of a Vacation Package can be used for admission from the check-in date through the date of check out, or
subject to the expiration periods outlined here if you purchased tickets longer than your resort stay. Unfortunately, I don't have access to your account to review the details of your package or checkout date. If you are still on-site I'd recommend speaking with a Cast Member at the resort
Front Desk to see if there are any options. I can't guarantee they'll be able to work any magic, but it never hurts to inquire and let them know about the illness during your stay.
If you've already returned home from your visit, it's likely that the expiration window for admission has already passed. Again, your friend or family member can
reach out to a Cast Member by phone, but I'm not sure if anything can be done at this point.
I know this is likely not the answer you hoped for, but I encourage you to reach out to Cast Members for further assistance, as they may have some magical insights that I don't. If you find that the tickets are no longer valid hopefully you can plan a future visit to make up for the lost time on this trip. There is always something new and exciting in the works, and as such, always another reason to return to Walt Disney World Resort. I have a visit planned for next month, but already looking at a possible return to enjoy all the
spooky surprises during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this fall.
Wishing you a sprinkle of pixie dust!
Amy
