1st Disney trip. Booked resort & tickets 7night/8day, no meal plan. I'm driving 16 hours with 2 kids 2 adults. Is $2000 enough for meals, gas and souvenirs or other extras we may need?

    Hi Dawn!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World!

The price of a Disney vacation is subjective to the family, the type of experience you wish to have and souvenirs you purchase.

You can customize your Disney experience to fit any budget. You can plan to have some of your meals in the room to save on dining expenses, you can also pack a cooler with snacks and lunch items to save money on food in the park.

You may also choose to allow your children to pick one small souvenir to save money or even buy a Disney souvenir on sale at the Disney Store prior to your trip and give it to your kids during your vacation to save money. There are many ways to budget your vacation so it will fit within your means.

I hope you have a magical vacation!

    Magically,
    Stacy
