Hi there! I had 2 Disney tickets for today and unfortunately, some life events prevented us from making it. Is there a way to reschedule them for another day or use those credits to buy new tickets? Thank you so much

Hi there Mark!  Welcome to planDisney.

It is understandable that your plans might change.  Changes or upgrades to tickets, including the date, can often be made in your My Disney Experience account by selecting the "Change Ticket" option.  On the My Disney Experience website, go to "My Plans" and then just below the banner "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" click the link for "Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker" on the left.  In the My Disney Experience mobile app, use the menu button in the lower right corner to select "Tickets and Passes".  Changes can be made up until midnight of the day prior to the start date of the ticket.  The value of an unused ticket never expires and can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket.  If you are unable to change the date on your ticket, give the Existing Tickets line a call for assistance.  Don't forget that you will also need to make a new Disney Park Pass reservation for your new date.

If there is anything else we can help you with, please feel free to stop by planDisney again anytime.  We are always happy to help.
