Hi there, Karen!
Welcome to planDisney. We’re so glad you stopped by with a question for us.
This yEAR has been full of modifying plans, hasn’t it? The thing I love about a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation is that although plans change, it’s never truly a goodbye, it’s always a “See you real soon, pal!” Although things may look a bit different right now, I assure you the magic is still very much here and waiting whenever you are ready to return!
Karen, if your
Theme Park tickets are expired, they won't link or display on your
My Disney Experience account. You will have to
contact a Cast Member in the Ticket Services department to use the value of the ticket for a current ticket. After doing so, it can be linked to your My Disney Experience account. However, if the tickets are still valid, you can go to your My Disney Experience account and on the “My Plans” page you will find options such as Friends and Family, Resort Reservations, and Park Tickets. Hover over Park Tickets and you will see “link tickets.” You can either link the ticket number, which is usually 12 digits, or link the confirmation number that was emailed to you. It starts with 4 letters and ends with 8 numbers.
I recently came back from a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth and was so impressed with the
phased reopening and how Disney is prioritizing Guest and Cast Member safety. When you are ready to return to the magic and have any questions about planning your trip, we’re here to help you make the most of your enchanting vacation!
Karen, we hope to see you real soon, pal!
Aena
