Hey-Howdy-Hey, Ryan! Thanks so much for visiting planDisney. It's always great to chat with a Guest from across the pond! I am sure you're getting excited for your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation - January is one of my favorite times to visit. You've got a friend in me, and I'm happy to talk tickets so that you can get organized!
Ryan, I'm happy to report that as long as a ticket has not been used, it can be reassigned to another individual. Once you've logged onto your
My Disney Experience account or the corresponding
app, navigate to the "Tickets and Passes" section, and then select the ticket you wish to transfer. If it's eligible to reassign, you will see an option to "Reassign Ticket" to another Guest who is on your Family & Friends List. Click this button, and
voila - you'll be good to go for your trip.
If you encounter any issues with the ticket transfer, you can always
call for assistance, or visit Guest Services once you arrive at Walt Disney World to get things sorted.
Don't forget that Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel in 2025 receive free
water park access on their check-in date! Simply drop your bags at your resort and make your way to
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park (this *should* be the water park open on your arrival day, but this is subject to change so be sure to check the
Park Hours closer to your vacation!). It's a great way to start your trip.
I hope this information is helpful, Ryan! Please don't hesitate to reach out again if we can help with other questions as your trip approaches. Thanks again for visiting planDisney!
See Ya Real Soon!
Susan
