app is a definite necessity when navigating the parks - I had my first experience visiting with the new
Lightning Lane system just last week, and it was so easy to make plans and share them with my planDisney pals!
To update the email on your account, you will need to contact Disney IT support. I spoke with a Walt Disney World Cast Member and they said you can
call daily between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM (EST) for assistance. I have reached out for support in the past when a family member had a similar issue, and they were super helpful!
