Walt Disney World Resort.
I’m happy to report that the money you spent on your unused theme park tickets will not go to waste. To start the process of extending the date for your tickets, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including these items:
-A copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
A Cast Member will reach out to you with your new ticket information, so that you will be able to use those tickets on a later date. When it comes to the amount of time you will have to use those tickets, I would add a note in that same email asking just how long you have to use those extended tickets.
