We are going to Disney with the three kids (6, 2 and 1 yr). We always get meals at the park (kids love the themes) but could we also bring frozen water into the park, especially for the 2 and 1 year old? It may save some hassle. Thoughts?

    Hi Dave,

My three boys love eating in the Disney parks also. The theming in the restaurants is so unique and fun and we really enjoy the food too.

Yes, you can certainly bring water, frozen or not, into the park. We carry our frozen water bottles with us and fill them up during the day. We also like to carry a small assortment of snacks. (The wait times for attractions seem much shorter when you do not have a hungry child with you.) You can carry these items in a small bag or cooler, just be aware that any bag that you wish to carry in will need to be checked at security.

You can find information about the size of allowed bags and coolers here. Generally if your cooler is smaller than 24" x 15" x 18" you should be fine. Soft sided coolers are typically perfect. We like to carry our bottles in individual insulated carriers. It is a great idea as the Florida sun can be very hot and one of the most important tips is to drink plenty of water and take breaks. This will help keep the kids (and adults) ready to go.

    Enjoy!
