Does Disney have tent rentals at Ft. Wilderness? Would they set it up? What cost?

Hi Sharon!  The policy at Fort Wilderness for tent rentals is that they will rent tents for groups of 20 or more using Creekside Meadow.  However, policy and actual practice do differ.  Upon speaking to a Guest Relations member about tent rentals I was told that individuals can rent a tent for $30 per night, and should you want a cot, it is $4 per night.  The one proviso is you must stay in Creekside Meadow, which is a natural campsite area.  The cost to stay in Creekside is $10 per person.  You will have to set up your own equipment. Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
