Raul from Queretaro Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello Disney team. I need to change the date of my visit. I have seen the process to change a reservation, but it is unclear if my tickets would be valid for a future reservation; they have specific dates.

Welcome to planDisney, Raul. Thanks for stopping by with your question about the Disneyland Resort

You can always try to change your theme park ticket date by logging into your account on the Disneyland website. On the Reservations page, choose the blue link that says, "View My Park Reservations," and click cancel. You can then make a new theme park reservation by following the instructions under "If You've Already Purchased a Ticket" on the Reservations page.

Before you cancel, be sure to check the availability calendar to see if the new dates you have in mind are available. If you have purchased a one-day ticket, make sure your new date is in the same or a lower tier. If it is not the same tier, you will need to upgrade your ticket tier by calling a Cast Member with Ticket Services

If the dates don't work out for a visit you are planning, refunds are not granted for theme park tickets, but please don't worry because you may receive a credit toward the purchase of new theme park tickets for a later date. A Cast Member will always be happy to discuss all your options with you.

Raul, I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to send us any planning questions you might have in the future. It’s always our pleasure to help you.
