    Can we use Disney Store gift cards at Downtown Disney to purchase merchandise?

    Hi Ashley!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love using Disney Gift Cards when we visit Walt Disney World Resort. During our family's most recent visit, Disney Gift Cards were basically the only form of payment we used.

    According to the official DisneyGiftCard.com website, Disney Gift Cards can be used, "at participating locations throughout the Downtown Disney Area." Disney Gift Cards may also be used "to purchase admission tickets to DisneyQuest. Tickets to Cirque du Soleil La Nouba may be purchased using the Disney Gift Card at the Cirque du Soleil Box Office located at Downtown Disney West Side." If you are curious if a particular store or dining location accepts the Disney Gift Card as payment, you can easily ask a Cast Member at the site.
