Hi Amulya, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you’ve got a pixie-dusted day planned tomorrow, so let’s make sure you’re all set on how to get to
Magic Kingdom.
Disney Springs’ operating hours officially begin at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow. While security typically opens earlier since some businesses, like
Starbucks, open at 9:00 a.m., there may not be any Disney transportation running at 8:00 a.m. since
bus service between
Disney resort hotels and Disney Springs is only available during operating hours (until one hour after closing). Additionally, there are no buses that run between Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom. Your best option that early in the morning, if you’re not staying at a Disney resort hotel, is probably to drive or use a ride-share service.
If you’re ever in Disney Springs during operating hours, you can also walk to the nearby
Saratoga Springs Resort and take a bus to Magic Kingdom or get on a bus from Disney Springs to one of the Disney resort hotels with
monorail transportation. When you get there, you can take the monorail to Magic Kingdom. Note that these buses are sometimes limited to overnight guests staying at those resort hotels during busy times of the year.
When you’re at Magic Kingdom, don’t miss riding
Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, which recently reopened with lots of fun enhancements! The handheld blasters are now detachable, making it much easier to hit the targets. I also love that when you hit a target, they now light up the color of your blaster. The game feels extra interactive and energetic now! For tips on getting a high score, check out
Disney Parks Blog’s latest guide.
I’m wishing you the best day ever at Magic Kingdom tomorrow! And if you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
