Welcome back to planDisney, Geneva!
All of your careful planning is sure to pay off with a magical holiday vacation this year. I am so excited for you!
Even
Disney Springs is
decked out for Christmas. I was there last week and caught a glimpse of some Florida "snow!" On the evening that we visited (a weeknight), Disney Springs did not reach capacity. When we were driving by over the weekend however, there were message boards on Buena Vista Drive indicating capacity had been reached on those days.
If Disney Springs does reach capacity, no additional Guests will be permitted to enter the property. This includes Guests arriving by private vehicle,
Disney transportation or ride sharing services. You are welcome to wait to be allowed to enter Disney Springs and a Cast Member may be able to provide you an estimated wait time, but there is no guarantee you would be able enter. It is a good idea to keep up to date with the phased reopening of Disney Springs by
visiting the experience updates webpage before you travel.
I recommend if dining is a part of your plan for a night out that you make
advance dining reservations and arrive at Disney Springs at least 60 minutes before your reservation time.
Wine Bar George is a new favorite of mine after trying this hot spot for the first time last week! In the event you make a dining reservation and cannot get into Disney Springs due to capacity being reached, you will not be charged the dining guarantee fee.
Good luck and pixie dust to you, Geneva! If you have any additional questions before you travel, swing back to planDisney and we will be happy to help!
See ya real soon! Angie
