Hi,, we will be at Disney very shortly and I was thinking about booking a couples massage at the Mandara Spa....We will be staying at Port Orleans French Quarter..What would be the easiest way to get there from out hotel? Thank you..

    Hi Heather,

Ahhhh...a couples massage at Mandara Spa sounds absolutely magical...and relaxing...and romantic!  What a great idea!

Mandara Spa is located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.  There are a couple ways you can get there from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.  The easiest and fastest would be to take a cab directly there from the hotel.  The ride would only take about 10-15 minutes, but you would have some out-of-pocket costs (probably less than $20, including tip).

If you'd prefer to take the complimentary transportation, I'd recommend taking a bus from your hotel to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  From there, you can take a boat to the Dolphin.  You'll find the boat launch to the right of the park entrance.  There is also a walking path on the opposite side of the lake.  Not counting time you may spend waiting for the bus and boat, this route takes about 30-35 minutes, so I'd allow yourself at least an hour or so in travel time.

Wishing you a pixie-dusted vacation, Heather!  Please visit us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel again if you have any other questions as you finalize your plans.
