    We were just at Disney in September. We had a photopass card and had looked at our pictures but I did not get them ordered yet. Now I can't locate my photopass card but still want to order some photos. How do I get in touch with them without my card?

    I am so so sorry. Unfortunately, Disney only keeps PhotoPass photos online for 30 days. If you don't order your photos within that time frame, the photos will be deleted from your account and cannot be retrieved. You should have gotten several warning emails from PhotoPass prior to the photo deletion date.

    I just double-checked this on my own PhotoPass account. The wonderful PhotoPass pictures from my Thanksgiving trip to WDW, about five weeks ago, have since been deleted from the site. The moral of the story is that if you want to order PhotoPass pictures you need to do this quickly after your return home.
