    Does Disney still send out Pinned offers? I think that's what it was called, where they would send out discounts to prior customers.

    Hi Melissa!

    PIN offers are offers for guests to book discounted Walt Disney World vacations, be it with a room discount or free dining.  These emails are unique to the person receiving them as they have a PIN number attached, and when calling to book, the name, address and email MUST match the PIN information.  There is no particular rhyme or reason that I am aware of for certain guests to receive PIN offers.  Only Disney knows why they sprinkle a bit of pixie dust on emails, so here's hoping that some of that magic ends up in your inbox.
