I have Disney season passes and Me and my Girlfriend have had recent events going on and we have no way of coming to Disney now and wanted to cancel our passes if we could

You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney, Jeremiah!

Thank you for stopping by with your question for us.

I’m so sorry to hear you and your girlfriend aren’t able to use your Annual Passes at the moment. I know how difficult it is when the clock strikes midnight on magical plans, and I hope you know that the magic of Walt Disney World Resort will be here when you're ready to return. Hopefully, this is more of a “See ya soon, pal” than a goodbye.

Jeremiah, I checked the Walt Disney World® Resort Annual Pass Terms and Conditions and found it states that Annual Passes are nonrefundable. In case your Annual Passes have not yet been activated, you have one year from the date of your purchase to activate them in case you’re able to use them for future vacations.

If you would like to reach out to a Cast Member at the V.I.Passholder Support line about any options that may be available to you, please don’t hesitate to call the Annual Passholders line.

I hope everything will work out for you both, and we can welcome you to future visits, Jeremiah.
