Hi, my Disney room reservation is showing as ANN pkg. what does this mean please?

    Hi Amanda!

Thanks for visiting us on the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question all the way from the UK! I can only imagine how excited you must be knowing that you have a vacation coming up! Coming from so far away, guests from the UK are extra special at the Walt Disney World Resort and I am sure you have gotten a wonderful package!

I am pretty sure that this abbreviation means "Annual Package". After speaking directly with a Cast Member in the Reservations Center and without being able to look up the specific reservation, this was all she was able to provide.

If you would like to receive more specific information about what your package includes, you may reach out to them, by calling + 1 (407) 939-7860 and a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you (be sure to have your reservation number handy). Here is a phone directory you can refer to in the future.

I hope this is the information you were expecting, Amanda. Please come back with more questions as the time for your vacation comes closer. I wish you and your family a fabulous trip!

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
